Look, I'm not a NETZSCH brand evangelist. If another vendor gives you honest support and clear documentation, buy from them. But in my experience, the NETZSCH pump family earns its reputation because it behaves as a system, not just a collection of machines.
I used to buy pumps the way I bought office supplies: find the price, place the order, move on. That approach misses the most important part—the support that keeps the pump running after installation.
If you ask me, that's the real lesson. Buy the support before you buy the pump. And if you can get both from one family, you're in a much better position than I was five years ago.
